Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jordan Berginc is an internationally recognized expert and trainer with over 37 years of experience in the fields of creativity, entrepreneurship, innovation, entrepreneurial leadership, business communication, and design management. He is a co-founder of several companies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), including GEA College and the Slovenian-Chinese Friendship Society. Dr. Berginc has extensive experience in managing national and international projects in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the ecosystem of technology startups. He has long collaborated with startups in the Balkan region and Turkey and has successfully executed business projects in ten countries.

As an associate professor at the Faculty of Design in Ljubljana, he specializes in design management and guides students and organizations in the use of design thinking and strategic design to enhance innovation and competitiveness. He also contributes to the development of design management practice in the economy through his work on the Design Management Slovenia project, a two-year consortium program that connects 20 partner companies with the aim of developing the design maturity of Slovenian companies. Dr. Berginc is the author of numerous study materials, manuals, research works, and articles in these fields.
